1. (1) The NGO society "Association - for economic development
of trade, business and industry enterprises- NEST" is a
voluntary society for private favour and consolidate trade,
business and industry enterprises, with its name and under
the common name and common resources, will commit the increasing
of its economic development. |
(2)
It is independent juristic person with non business aim,
without expire date. |
(3)
The society is open for acceptance of new members. |
(4)
The society is juristic person, for non business aim, for
private favour. |
